What Is Your Coverage Area?

Liquid Dreams MBS proudly serves Kern County and Tulare County (and surrounding areas). From Bakersfield to Visalia, we bring our full-service mobile bartending experience directly to your event.

How Do You Staff My Event?

We staff 1 professional bartender per 50 guests to ensure smooth service. Our bartenders are highly experienced, professional, and dressed to match the event. For larger parties, we can provide multiple bartenders and servers as needed.

What Does Your Bar Look Like?

We provide a 6ft professional bar setup with fitted linens. Dual drink stations allow one or two bartenders to serve efficiently. Standard linens come in black or white, with custom colors available upon request.

Do You Offer an Alcohol Shopping Calculator?

Yes! We provide an interactive Alcohol & Mixers Calculator on our website to help you figure out exactly how much liquor, beer, wine, champagne, and mixers you’ll need for your guest count.

Will My Bartender Arrive Early?

Absolutely. Our team arrives 60–90 minutes before your event start time for setup. This setup time is not counted toward your booked service hours. For example: if you hire us for 5 hours, you still get the full 5 hours of service plus setup time.

Do You Provide Ice, Cups, Mixers, etc.?

Yes, we can! You can either provide your own supplies, or let us handle it. We offer all-inclusive packages that cover ice, cups, mixers, garnishes, straws, napkins, and more.

What Do You Bring to the Event?

No matter what package you book, our bartenders always bring:

Professional bar tools (wine key, bottle openers, cocktail shakers, pour spouts, cutting board, knife, etc.)

Spill mats & ice bucket with scoop

Cocktail expertise & professional service

Can You Make Signature Cocktails?

Yes! We love creating signature drinks that match your theme, event, or personality. We can even rename cocktails for birthdays, weddings, and corporate events. We’ll also help create a shopping list for your custom menu.

Do You Require a Deposit?

Yes. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date. No deposit means your date is not reserved.

When Is Full Payment Due?

All payments must be made the day before your event. We accept Apple Pay, Cash App, Venmo, Zelle, or cash.

What Factors Affect Pricing?

Pricing depends on:

Guest count

Hours of service

Selected package (Bartender Only, Premium, or All-Inclusive)

Add-ons (custom bar setup, ice, mixers, etc.)

What Is Your Cancellation Policy?

Deposits are non-refundable, but if you cancel or postpone, your deposit will remain as a credit for up to one (1) year. You can apply it toward a rescheduled or future booking.

What Happens if My Bartender Can’t Make It?

If an emergency arises (illness, accident, etc.), we have backup staff available. If no replacement is available, your payment will be refunded in full.

Do You Provide Alcohol?

No. By law, we cannot provide or sell alcohol. However, we’ll guide you on exactly what to buy with our alcohol calculator and shopping list recommendations.
